Ingredients:
- 2 medium onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 500g peas
- dill (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sweet pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste / mashed tomato
Add 2 tablespoons of oil, one cup water, chopped onion, carrot and red pepper to a pot and simmer until the onion becomes soft.
Add the peas, 2 tablespoons pepper paste and just enough water to cover the peas
Place a lid on top of the pot and leave it to simmer until the peas are fully cooked
When the peas are soft, add 1 tablespoon tomato puree/mashed tomatoes and some water if needed. Leave it to simmer for another 10 minutes. When ready, take some aside and blend it for the baby. Enjoy this easy healthy meal together!
