Burgers for children

  • 200g chicken breast 
  • 100g beef 
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • dill
  • salt, pepper and other condiments by taste
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 full tablespoon of breadcrumb
Mix all ingredients in a blender 

Because I wanted to spend my time with my daughter, I chose to prepare burgers in the oven. I placed aluminum foil on the oven tray, then a baking sheet, I greased baking paper with oil, I rolled ​​meatballs and placed them in the tray. You may also bake them in Teflon pan without oil or very little oil if desired.

Preheat oven and put the tray in the lower part of the oven. After 10-15 minutes turn them on other side and leave until slightly browned. Serve with mustard as snack or along with your favorite side dish for lunch / dinner. We served them with mustard and homemade pickled horseradish.
