Baked Fish with Vegetables


Ingredients:
  • salmon trout
  • asparagus
  • broccoli
  • Brussels sprouts (optional)
  • red pepper
  • tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt - to taste



Place some baking paper in a cooking pot, add the vegetables, the fish, 2 tablespoons olive oil and salt to taste.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees, fold the paper well and place it inside the oven for approx 30min


Serve this meal alongside your baby. Enjoy!
