Ingredients:
- 500g turkey breast
- 1 egg or 2 egg yolks if cooking for a child aged under one year
- 1 tablespoon mashed tomato / tomato paste / tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika paste
- 1 medium onion
- garlic to taste
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- parsley
Process everything except the breadcrumbs in a food processor
Add the breadcrumbs
Boil some water with a little salt and when boiling, add the meat balls.
Leave them to simmer for about 2-3 minutes until they float then place them into a bowl
Add 1 tablespoon oil into the bowl and coat the meatballs. Place some baking paper into a tray, then spread the meatballs on it and place them under the grill.
Leave them on medium heat until browned
