Chicken livers with asparagus


  • 2 medium onions
  • half a red pepper
  • 500g chicken livers
  • 1 clove garlic (optional, to taste)
  • asparagus 8 to 10 pieces

Add 2 tablespoons of oil, one cup of water and the livers to a pan/wok and leave it to simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir from time to time and add some more water if needed.

After 15-20 minutes, add the vegetables, one cup of water and let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Towards the end, add the crushed garlic clove. This dish is served alone or with some polenta/potato stew side dish. Blend it for your baby and enjoy it together! The picture below is before blending the food. :)
