Semolina pudding with raisins

Ingredients for the 24cm shape:

100g cream cheese
100g sour cream
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sweet milk
2 eggs (use only the yolks if cooking for a baby younger than 1)
5 heaped tablespoons semolina
sugar and vanilla to taste
orange peel
150g raisins

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Place a 24cm round parchment paper in the shape and coat its walls with butter and flour. Pour the mixture into shape and place in the 160 degrees preheated oven for about an hour, until it comes off the shape.

Test it with a fork and if the center is still liquid, leave it for another 5-10 min.

Here is a slice for you and your baby.

Its consistency is suitable for a baby and can be served as a dessert after the main course. Please note that this recipe contains egg whites. If this pudding is prepared for a baby younger than 1 year then use only the yolks of the eggs.
