Stir&Fry - Broccoli and Asparagus


Ingredients:
  • 1 Bowl of Broccoli, Asparagus and Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm oil
  • water



Stir&Fry uses maximum heat and small amounts of water to create a mini-sauna in the pan, preferably a wok.
This way the vegetables acquire a soft and crispy texture. The whole cooking process takes about 5 minutes. The vegetables will tell you when they are ready :)

Heat the palm oil in the wok and when is about to smoke, add the vegetables. Stir continuously with a wooden spatula.


Add the soy sauce and a tablespoon of water.Stir constantly and add one tablespoon of water from time to time until it evaporates. You must always hear a sizzle and create the mini-sauna that I mentioned.


In 5 minutes time(more or less, depending on the amount of vegetables), remove the wok from the heat.



Select some broccoli and asparagus for the baby, let it cool for a while and start eating it together. Served warm they are delicious.
