Goulash

Ingredients:

800g veal steak
2 onions
1 carrot
1 pepper
500g potatoes
sweet paprika
Dried spices: basil, thyme, oregano
sweet pepper paste (optional, I did not use it this time)
salt (to taste)

Add 3 tablespoons of oil in a pot, one cup of water and add the chopped vegetables except the potatoes.

Leave them to simmer for 10-15 minutes and then add the meat.

After 10-15min add 2 cups of water, sweet paprika and dried herbs to taste.  Do not add salt until the end, it dehydrates the meat and makes it hard. Cover with a lid and when it begins to boil, add potatoes chunks.

Place the lid back, add some more water just to cover the potatoes and leave it to simmer until the potatoes are soft. In the end add a little salt. To thicken the gravy just add a little flour or starch.

Here is a picture of the goulash with home made bread and green salad.
In the little bowl there is blended goulash for your baby. It is recommended to eat together with your child. Enjoy your meal!
